Fill in your details, check the preview, then copy your signature into Roundcube.

Add it to Roundcube

  1. Log in to webmail and open Settings, then Identities.
  2. Click your email address.
  3. In the Signature box, switch on the HTML editor if it isn't already on.
  4. Delete anything already in the box, then paste. If the layout looks off, clear the box, click the Source code button (<>), and paste the HTML code instead.
  5. Click Save.
